Privacy notice
This notice describes how Logic Compute Grid (“we”) handle personal data in connection with this website and with professional work on booking applications. We are based at 8 Lrg Teratai 1/1, Taman Teratai, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan 70450, Malaysia.
1. Who this covers
It covers people who use this website or send an enquiry, people named as contacts on an engagement, and — when a client gives us booking files — individuals whose data appears in those applications (guests, patients, event contacts, and staff named on a complimentary or staff-rate booking). For booking-file data, the hotel, clinic, or venue is typically the data user who instructed us; we handle that data as needed to perform the engagement.
2. What we collect from the website
If you send the enquiry form, we receive the name, email, optional phone number, organisation, service interest, and message you type. We use that to reply and, if you proceed, to draft an engagement letter. We do not sell enquiry data. We do not require an account to read the site.
3. What we collect in an engagement
Booking applications can include names, identification numbers, addresses, stay or appointment dates, deposit and bank details on a refund, and correspondence. Clinic files may include appointment reason notes if they sit on the application we are given. We take only what the sample and the question require. We ask clients to avoid sending unrelated archives. We do not use booking-file data to write marketing, including the notes on this site.
4. Legal basis under PDPA 2010
For enquiries, we process data because you asked us to respond. For engagements, we process data to perform the contract with our client and because the client has a legitimate purpose in reviewing its booking applications. Sensitive data in clinic appointment files is processed only as needed for that file review and under the client’s instructions.
5. Sharing
We share enquiry or file data only with people inside the practice who need it for the work, with professional advisers under confidentiality, or when law requires it. We do not place guest or patient files on public tools. Hosting for this website may process technical logs; that is separate from booking files, which we do not upload to the public site.
6. Retention
Enquiry messages are kept long enough to answer and to reopen a conversation if you return within a reasonable period, then deleted or reduced to a contact note if an engagement follows. Engagement working papers and copies of applications are kept for the period in the engagement letter — typically long enough to answer a follow-up on the same batch — then returned or destroyed as the letter says. We do not keep guest identity copies or clinic notes past that period.
7. Cookies and local storage
The cookie banner stores your choice in local storage on your device under a key prefixed for this brand. Refusing does not block the site or the form. See the cookie notice.
8. Your rights
Subject to PDPA 2010, you may ask whether we hold your personal data, request access or correction, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. For data that appears only inside a client’s booking file, we may need to refer you to that client, because they remain the data user for the stay or appointment.
9. Contact
