Cancellation and no-show trail
Follow cancelled and no-show applications through the diary, the deposit, and the refund or forfeiture that was supposed to follow.
Reservation desks and clinic administrators · Typically 2–4 weeks
A cancellation is an application with a second act. We read the original booking, the cancellation time, the policy that was printed or attached, and whether the deposit was returned, held, or quietly reused on another name.
No-shows are treated the same way: was the slot released, was a forfeiture recorded, and did a walk-in occupy the same inventory without a new application. We do not invent a ‘fair’ policy; we test the one the property or clinic says it uses.
The schedule separates timely cancellations, late cancellations, no-shows, and applications that vanished from the diary with no paper at all.
