Diary and double-booking review
Test whether the same room, chair, or hall was promised twice, and whether blocked dates on the diary match the applications on file.

Double-booking is rarely a mystery once the applications are laid next to the diary. We compare confirmed applications to the room rack, the clinic chair list, or the hall calendar for the same dates.
We also look at blocks that never became applications — out-of-order rooms, doctor leave, and ‘held’ halls — and ask whether those blocks were still sold. The aim is a list of conflicting dates, not a lecture on occupancy theory.
Where a walk-in was given a room or slot that a written application already held, we record who overrode the diary and whether the first guest or patient was moved, refunded, or simply not told.
