Pre-arrival application read
A second pair of eyes on a high-value group, wedding, or clinic block before the guests or patients arrive.

Some applications should not wait for a year-end sample. A wedding block, a corporate rooming list, or a multi-day clinic programme can be read before arrival: names against rooms or slots, rates against the signed event sheet, deposits against the ledger.
We do not run the event. We test whether the applications on file will support the invoices you intend to issue, and we return a short clearance or a hold list limited to items that change the bill or the diary.
Turnaround is written in the engagement letter so the sales diary is not stalled by the review itself.
